Today, I’m taking an indefinite leave from Twitter. 🧵
It’s a platform I’ve built a career on. I was here since the days I would get a SMS when @elmofromok tweeted on my flip-phone. I was in high school and he was an Inspiration as I started my career. I could respectfully shadow and learn. Far cry from the reactive place it is now.
We're hiring for a sales and relationship role. I've had a few men complain why we didn't pick them for the job and demand we tell them precisely why.

We posted our first job since the recession started and OMG the number of applicants we got was insane. Broke every hiring record we've ever had.

It's crazy how completely oppositional the mindsets between growth CEO and engineering founder are. Both are essential but are miles apart in mental shifts.
Anytime I'm pushing a large project in one mindset the other is completely offline.
My heart is warmed by Oklahomans everytime they assume I’m gay when I refer to my (not present) girlfriend as “my partner”.
They lovingly reply with “oh and he…” after like it’s no biggie. 🖤

As a biz owner who took a PPP loan (which also dramatically helped us retain folks): the Student Debt forgiveness is a great start.
Why? Because businesses DEPEND on an educated workforce. Debt will prohibit/limit education for many. Let's think ahead instead of for ourselves.
Watching this video reminds me of why we stopped using Google based analytics tracking on our website.
