Update on my case: The Army is still defying the federal court order in my favor, which had a deadline of June 30, 2026.
They have instead issued two medical advisory opinions full of false, inaccurate, and improper information to feed to a new board in an effort to overturn the original board's unanimous ruling in my favor.
We believe this violates the court order, as the actions of the original board were never in question. It was the Deputy Secretary of the Army (Review Boards) whom the judge ruled acted arbitrarily and capriciously.
They are attempting to drag this out as long as possible and make it so that I cannot continue to stand against their injustice financially.

My opponent sits on the board of a company that owes $50M (see video) and oversaw a public merger of a “potentially insolvent” company that was then delisted from the NASDAQ a year later. She was under investigation by the Army and was apparently recommended for discharge instead of promotion. She invests in all the things she said she is against. Check out her financial disclosures and the boards she sat on. Big stock trader. She is behind in the polls, which is why she’s making things up. Ignore the lies and get out and VOTE!
