Hard to disagree with this point. The last leader of the Conservative Party of BC questioned the integrity of a fellow leadership candidate because his wife was First Nations, and won. The people that supported that approach are still in the party. It’s toxic.

It is endlessly frustrating that some of the best, in-depth coverage of Toronto's upcoming election is behind paywalls. I get it (& I subscribe to everything!) but I seriously worry it means Torontonians are getting their updates from garbage takes online.
