How great is this:
TV cameras caught Victor making a point to grab the 🏀 before leaving the floor amid the excitement. Most would assume that it was for his career-high 52-point performance.
But no.
Victor secured it for his head coach, who secured win #100.
That’s a leader.
Spurs scored 32 points while going 0-9 from 3.
Shooting woes preventing them from putting up massive numbers.

Blake Griffin says youth basketball has changed for the worse after paying $140 just to watch his own son play, more than some NBA games
“I was at my son’s basketball tournament this past weekend, and I paid $80 for a wristband to watch my own kid play, and $60 to park for the weekend.”
“That’s on top of everything else.”
“You can see NBA games for that much, sometimes less.”
“And I realized as I was watching my son play, or actually as I was watching parents berate a poor referee, that something has changed from when I was a kid, and I don’t think it’s for the better.”

Tonight, I make a solemn promise to every single Texan. Whether you voted for me or Governor Abbott, or felt so betrayed by a broken politics that you did not vote at all.
Hear what Texas said today, loud and clear: Your government belongs to you. And as your governor, I will never forget it. There will be no special set of rules for the wealthy and powerful. No looking the other way when someone in my own party does wrong.
The trust you have placed in me tonight is not a blank check. It is a sacred responsibility. And I intend to earn it every single day.

Remember when all the Big Tech, Wall Street, Big Law, media, and universities bent the knee to Trump? That was less than two years ago.
Know nothing about the man or his campaign or anything...
But the mere fact that a person with Democrat by their name hadn't won in Kansas in 94 years is alarming in both the best and worst ways.
Democrat Adam Hamilton will win the Kansas Senate race, CNN projects. It's a seismic defeat of Republican Sen. Roger Marshall in a deep-red state. Hamilton will be the first Democratic senator from the state in 94 years. Follow live updates. cnn.it/4zqBkFz

The results in Texas have me at a loss for words.
I've felt they could flip *at least some of the state* for the last 10 years and they finally did it.
I only wish my aunt, who passed in June, was still here to bask in these glorious results.
🚨 For the first time since 1988, Texas has elected a Democrat to the U.S. Senate.
James Talarico prevailed over Ken Paxton in a bruising general election that saw a record infusion of cash to the Lone Star State.
