Song Kang mentioned his friendship with Taehyung recently. He mentioned how they became friends through a mutual friend and would match up their vacation days to meet up. He also mentioned that Taehyung would pay for their meals.
ππ»ββοΈ: Where did you two become close?
SK: Even in the army. We were in the same corps, but we had different roles. [Taehyung] is in SDT, the special forces unit. Iβm just regularβ¦ Calling myself βjust regularβ makes me feel a bit left out. Regular. Just leave it. Iβm just a soldier. Yeah, itβs nothing special. I was a soldier. But now, since thereβs a mutual acquaintance I know pretty well, I got back in contact [with Taehyung]. When we had time, we deliberately matched our vacation dates so we could meet up. Weβd meet up, grab a meal, and we also went to the PC bang a lot. With the five guys from their team and the five from our unit, weβd even play 5-vs-5 games.
ππ»ββοΈ: Hey, then if Taehyung and you meet up together, who pays for the meal?
SK: He paid. I also paid a few times when we played games and went bowling.
