Had a great multispecialty in-situ sim in ED yesterday with Junior having a life threatening asthma event. The staff from ED, Peads & Anaestethics took fab care of him & Alistair Morris played a great Dad. Well done all, great work 👏 – at Halifax, England
We ran a 5th Year Medical Student Sim training in our new centre in Calderdale for the first time today, it went brilliantly with fab faculty Gihan, Finnbar & Izumi and great students well done all 👏
"So you want to be a doctor" day @CHFTNHS went really well 30 six form students attended, they loved the workshops and edible moulage competition!
Fab ED in-situ sim this morning poor little Emily had swallowed a button battery! But our amazing ED staff took care of her until handing over to ENT. 👏👏
