@British_Airways 4 days in Cyprus. Still waiting on luggage which is @HeathrowAirport no contact or offers of support or any updates. Completely disgusting customer service. Not taking calls related to baggage. Nothing!
@British_Airways still waiting on a response which was promised days ago. 1 week bag missing no support and so it continues! Worst customer service I have experienced
Stranded in Cyprus no luggage. Sat on plane from Heathrow to Larnaca on 3rd Sept for 90 mins. Then told flight was cancelled. Stood in baggage hall for over 2 hrs in Heathrow to get bags back. Then @British_Airways put us on another flight via Athens. Took 22hrs for a 4.5hr!
I’ve had to book another flight home as the needles I need for my medication I was told by BA staff to put in suitcase as I can’t have sharps in hand luggage. I’ve not slept in 2 days. I have nothing to wear. The £6 they gave us for a 9+hr flight delay did not work
Flight. Bags are lost. No compensation offered for any of it. Website says I already have a lost baggage report which is incredible because none of the references I have work. Cannot call them as no one is answering automated messages that cut off. Live chat sends me in circles
Never book with @britishairways I booked £952 for 3 people in jan25 for Sept 25. Due to aggressive cancer diagnosis I cancelled on app and today they gave me £136 back. Now stating they can’t amend. I’m going for 1st chemo today. Flights already resold! They’ve made plenty! Shame
