Time moves by faster the older we get.
I look back on all the time I’ve have wasted on useless things and ambitions. What moments I could have cherished more. How much of a better person/husband/father I could have been. How many languages and skills I could have learned with that time.. etc

Change our mindset, not be selfish,
be there for family and friends, make them and relationships a priority. Take care of ourselves and revive your energy naturally. Be positive and learn from our mistakes. Keep an open mind and take our own advice.
The faster we can fix it. Time is ticking.
