everyone knows fanfiction is mostly written for fun, but that doesn’t mean we have to accept writing from people who barely can form a sentence + as with every “hobby”, isn’t improving your craft kind of the point? you wouldn’t applaud someone who sucks at any other art form

I think the straw that broke the camels back was spending half a year writing a catholic guilt jeonglix fic and then having it constantly compared to Apple. which don't get me wrong, apple is my fave Hyunin fic of all time but it still felt like shit.
