Central City rallied late to defeat Lakeview 27–23 in a thriller in Columbus. Trailing with less than two minutes remaining, the Bison executed an 80-yard drive to take the lead. Lakeview nearly pulled off a miracle on the final possession, driving 70 yards in 17 seconds, but a pass out of the end zone as time expired secured the win for Central City.

Ashton Supik and Jacob Zimmerman finish 13th and 14th at districts to qualify for state in Kearney. Congrats to student-athletes and coaches.

Bison Softball scores 27 runs in two games to win sub districts with wins over Arlington and Wayne. Girls await their next opponent on Friday in a best of three series to go to state.
