Do the French understand that since the Olympics, Americans openly fantasize about traveling to France to get pickpocketed, so they can beat the brakes off somebody, blackout with their hands firmly around their throat, with a friend filming, so it can be posted later with the Whitney Houston ‘91 Star-Spangled Banner anthem playing over it?
C’EST LE TOUR DES AMÉRICAINS !!!

Women really be glamorizing getting a job. They get their first CNA gig and the first thing they do is call up the local photographer talking bout “ give me the top tier package” they can’t wait to put that stethoscope around they necks lol. Doing a whole press tour package 😩🤣

Hey guys since I went to Japan. I’ve been getting a lot of advertisements now for heated toilet seats( they be listening), but of course they come with bidets and I want to know you guys opinions on bidets . Me personally don’t like the idea of a concentrated stream of water being squirted directly into my asshole. I just wanted the heated part

Here is what Microsoft's leaked buyout chart actually says, in detail. The chart splits Microsoft into three groups for the Voluntary Exit Offer. Fully participating, meaning the whole org is in: AI Experiences, Copilot and Agents, CoreAI, the CTO's office, Windows and Devices, Xbox, Finance, HR, and Strategy and Transformation. Partially participating, where eligibility varies by team: Cloud and AI, legal affairs, and Microsoft AI, the division behind consumer Copilot. Not participating at all: Marketing, the commercial business, Discovery and Quantum, and Security. Two footnotes matter. Employees of limited integration companies are not eligible. And inside the partial orgs, team leaders decide who gets the offer. The offer itself covers employees at level 70 and below in Canada, India, the UK and the US. What stands out is the split. The teams building Microsoft's AI products are fully on the list, while Security, Quantum and the commercial business are not on it at all. That list is the real story. It shows where Microsoft can afford to lose people.
Microsoft is not calling it a layoff. It is calling it a buyout. Eligible employees in participating teams across Canada, India, the UK and the US, at level 70 and below, can choose to leave with financial support and career planning resources. Business Insider reports around 60,000 employees are eligible, with a decision due by early December. The headcount effect is the same. The difference is who picks the door. That is the new shape of workforce cuts: a buyout, framed as a choice.

天又塌了! 亚马逊这两天要裁掉差不多三万个白领岗位,是公司三十年来最大的一次!!! 砍得最狠的是人事、行政、合规这些岗位,裁员比例能到一成五 云计算和做AI产品的部门则基本没动

This whole society needs to be revamped honestly. College needs to be reduced to short boot camps. The 4 year model which is packed with BS electives needs to be removed. College should be a jobs training program teach ppl what they need to know to do a certain job!

This will be cheaper for the students and for the inevitable case where ppl want to change they can go to another boot camp program which all together would be as much as a current 4 year program would be or cheaper. Right now college is just a money pit racket.

Give me 2 more years in the 2 tech game. Enough to stack and to firmly to my back up into place. Shit I would really like to atleast make it to my sabbatical after 5 years. Next July.

Be the best you can be in ya current tech role of course(well atleast if the layoff goblin hasn’t got to you yet). But have a backup plan ready because what we’re seeing now isn’t a IF , but WHEN you’ll be affected

If you work at MSFT and are below VP - I think you should take the their voluntary exit package. It is a clear sign that they need to cut costs & you have no way of knowing when / who’ll be axed. The severance they’ll offer later will be 3-4 months but the VEO gives you 9 months of pay. Take the money, take the year off, go see the world, learn music, get fit, spend time with family, work on that side project, do whatever calls you. 9 months of paid leave is a super generous deal from Microsoft.

$MSFT offers 60,000 employees a voluntary exit. 60K Y’all!! First time this has ever been offered at Microsoft and it will affect employees in India, The United States, Canada, and the UK at level 70 or below… Employees find out in a few hours if they are being targeted for this. This just makes me think that H127 layoffs sound intense. Is this a pre-layoff round? Also makes me wonder if they changed some scheduled layoffs due to be called out by @VP. Peace offering? 🤔 Timing is just interesting. More to come.
$MSFT Microsoft's job cuts aren't done, and Xbox is where to watch next. Asha Sharma is reportedly planning three more rounds: this month, November and January. 1,868 jobs are gone against a 3,200 target, so roughly 1,300 more are coming. Spreading cuts across a whole year is a choice. It keeps the margin story moving and leaves everyone who's left waiting. I'm watching for the October round.
