Eskom you said you escalated my above reference, nothing has happened, we, are nor 35 hours no power. Two kids who can't bath, we can't make food. All my pet fish have now died. Had them for 3 years. Tomorrow is a pu lic holiday, are you gonna leave us with no power for 4 days??

I am begging you, please send someone to fix the fault today. We can't go from Friday till Tuesday with no power. I have lost my job so I can't go buy take aways for my two kids. PLEASE HELP
