I can’t figure out if past 2 years of Covid crisis changed people & their values or simply showed who people really are at their core- I discuss this in my book & don’t have a good answer.

Happy Wed!☀️ Seeing colleague after colleague burn out from workload & stress. Here’s your reminder: you only have 1 body. 1 shot at life. Everyone is replaceable at work- not to their loved ones. Eat well, get time outside to walk & move, see friends, drink water & sleep.

Still find it baffling that contrary to almost all other countries, U.K. JCVI advises against mass vaccination of 12-18y olds. Trying to explain this decision to colleagues in other countries (defending a position you disagree with always a good thinking exercise) yet struggling.

#C4News- I hope we put behind us all the talk of- 'yes that young person died but they had underlying conditions so it's ok'- diabetes, being overweight, asthma -> people can live a long and healthy life with those. Let's not play down someone's worth based on health status.
