At 8:42 pm Trump finishes speaking. Walks off stage to YMCA.
“It’s my honor to be your president during such an exciting time in the life of our country,” Trump said.
On stage, Bridgeman leads the crowd in a Clemson chant and says of Trump: “It’s been great to get to know him.” Bridgeman was on the recent US Presidents Cup-winning team and had a clinching putt in that event
PGA Tour golfer and Clemson men's golf alum Jacob Bridgeman is here at president Donald Trump's Clemson-area rally and joins him on stage. Leads the crowd in a "T-I-G-E-R-S" chant once he gets on stage and says he attended the "best university in the state," which draws cheers
Some Virginia Tech notables, based on this week's provided depth chart: Starting CB Thomas Williams (SC native and Powdersville HS alum) is questionable. Backup CB Cam Chadwick Jr. is probable
Only major change for Clemson is freshman WR Gordon Sellars III (concussion) being out, which Dabo Swinney mentioned earlier tonight. Depth guys like Devarrick Woods (DT) and Jarvis Green (RB) aren't listed, indicating they'll be available to play

As a fourth protester is removed:
“I don’t mind when they do that, but it’s right at my punch lines. These people are serious losers," Trump says.
President Donald Trump is holding a midterm rally at T. Ed Garrison Arena in Pendleton, which is operated by nearby Clemson University, in support of Senate candidate Darline Graham, others. Trump: "A big hello to South Carolina. I love South Carolina. I've won it three times"
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney: The D-tackle group is still "by committee" at this point in the season. No one or two guys have clearly separated themselves, so rotation will continue. Dabo: "We'll run two (starters) out there, but that'll be based on how they practiced that week"
Dabo on Vizzina: "I don't know if he's 100%, but he's 90% or better." Vizzina hasn't appeared in a game since his injury in Week 2 vs. Georgia Southern, which cleared the way for freshman Tait Reynolds to take full control of starting QB role (was already trending that way)
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney says freshman WR Gordon Sellars III will miss Saturday's game vs. Virginia Tech because he got a concussion and is now in concussion protocol. Sellars has been operating as one of their top backup receivers this season

Spoke with @NolanRogalski and @JudeWilkenfeld about going to Maryland’s football facility for player reaction to Michael Locksley’s departure and instead being met by law enforcement.
They got no player quotes, but they did get ID’d by police.

Darline Graham just wrapped up and it sounds like helicopters are flying above. Treasurer Secretary Scott Bessent just told the crowd the president is landing. Trump was flying to Greenville, and it was expected he would fly to Pendleton to avoid shutting down highways.
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney, speaking post-practice via Zoom tonight, says backup QB Christopher Vizzina (left elbow) has had his "best week of practice." Says Vizzina is not 100% but getting close to it, which would be a big plus bc he'd be available in a non-emergency capacity
