Will refresh this tomorrow, but it's the single hardest championship run since college baseball went to this tournament format.

Going to be honest. I will forever remember that before remembering the Alamo

I love how most everyone is appalled at the notion of tearing down an I.M. Pei project, with the exception of OKC folks who are internally thinking “good idea, screw that guy”
The Dallas Mavericks are expected to submit a proposal soon that entails demolishing Dallas City Hall, designed by I. M. Pei, and in its place building a new 50-acre entertainment district, anchored by a new NBA arena.

All we do is win in OKC.
Today, the people of Oklahoma City have approved the largest infrastructure initiative in city history by the most overwhelming margin in living memory.
Voters approved all 11 bond issue questions with at least 76% support, all the way up to 85% support. And so, $2.7 billion will be deployed over the next ten years to meet our city’s most critical infrastructure needs.
Starting with the passage of MAPS in 1993 and including today’s bond issue vote, the City of Oklahoma City is now 15-0 in tax initiatives to fund capital projects, with a total public investment nearing $10 billion. The people of Oklahoma City are committed to investing in ourselves, and we have seen a return on that investment many times over.
I thank the voters, the City Council, the City Manager and his team, the Greater OKC Chamber and the campaign coalition for today’s success. Congratulations to the people of Oklahoma City. Our remarkable renaissance story continues. #1OKC
