- use period undies - rinse under preferably cold water until water runs clear - add to your wash (idk about you but I don't do my laundry every single day so I usually hang mine to dry off before I add it to my laundry so it's not wet in the laundry pile for X amount of days)

i’ve been listening to the Bad Blood audiobook and like honestly it’s a miracle nobody was killed by a faulty theranos blood test but i do think the lady who had to pay $3,000 out of pocket for an ER visit and 2 MRIs should get to beat holmes and balwani like pinatas
