Thinking of Dex Carvey's many friends and family. He will be profoundly missed.

I am absolutely numb. I've just seen the news about Dex Carvey. Dex has been working with us on @bsidescomic for the last few months. He was warm, he was generous, he was downright, ridiculously funny. He was a relentlessly positive person. I loved hearing from him. He poured love and attention into a completely insignificant random indie comic book made with a couple of guys over 5,000 miles away, and he did it because he enjoyed helping people. My heart breaks for his close friends and family, it is a completely unfathomable loss. Please hug your loved ones today. ❤️

Dana Carvey shouting out my @bsidescomic. His son Dex a voice actor in our animations and a core character. We are truly not worthy!

What is the most exciting moment from your time in NFTs? Personal work aside, this is it for me and it’s not even close.

Gordon is the best of us. A big reason why I became an ape in the first place. This is how the space felt in early ‘21. Just people trying to help each other and raise standards.

Early on you cannot imagine what it was like hopping on a zoom call with a bunch of friendly, more experienced NFT faces who didn’t look at us as opponents. They taught us a lot. Class acts. In it for life, brothers.
