He immediately fights with the new mindset: no more reckless tanking, pure efficient offense and defense.
Killingham’s regeneration stops mattering as much because Sanji is no longer giving him free damage windows.
Sanji unlocks and uses Conqueror’s Haki in this fight. It manifests as a clear power spike with what looks like Haki coating on his kicks as a burst that forces Killingham onto the back foot and shocks him.
The “I won’t take another hit” declaration becomes real through CoC and what seems to be a sharp jump in Observation Haki that lets him dodge cleanly while pressing the attack.
Killingham tries to escalate with another Dream Output/hybrid form move. It fails to land cleanly.
Sanji overwhelms him, lands a decisive series of hits, and ends the chapter finishing Killingham/leaving him critically damaged and cornered while Sanji stands confident with his cigarette again.
