Why should I care? "It may come as shock, but your customers don't care about your product, service, company, or idea. They care about themselves--their hopes, dreams, and quality of life. Tell them how your product will improve their life" buff.ly/2G81TFL

Most solo founders don’t have an AI problem. They have a prioritization problem. There are dozens of workflows you could make AI-native. The ones worth changing first usually have three things in common: • You (or someone on the team) does them repeatedly every week • They take real time or create real friction • You can tell relatively quickly whether the AI version is good enough Start there. One process at a time. Everything else is usually distraction.

“Today, you need a technology-led business strategy, not a business strategy supported by technology.”
In the past, top business leaders tended to delegate technology and IT priorities to specialists. Now the technology function needs to play an integral role in business strategy. Learn more: mck.co/3uQcXzM
A product or service, no matter how great, is a collection of parts or snippets of code. A “cause,” by contrast, changes lives. It’s not enough to make a great product or service—you also need to position it and explain it as a way to improve lives. ~ Guy Kawasaki
