When I started out in crypto around ~2018, it was with an entirely different group of friends

After FTX, I watched even more leave; guys who were building products, traders, you name it. They became dropshippers.
The ones I know from then who are still here are all now wealthy & handsome
The ones who left probably pivoted from dropshipping to vibe coding or selling courses, maybe something else equally uninteresting
The lesson here is that if you are not destined to be here, you will not be here
You will not be missed or remembered,
Your absence will not be felt
Your exit is like that of a soldier on D-Day, perhaps glorious but generally unremarkable. You are just another guy who gave up. There are millions of you.

the OG eliza repo used X’s graphQL endpoints (that our front ends query) to read and write to X. It did not use X’s paid API. The repo has been banned off GitHub but forks still live on and are functional

Everyone says eth is dead because people started making money on solana, and it was a great narrative but the reality of the situation was a lot different. Pepe started the modern day meme phenomenon and if you were here for that, you def traded memes on eth, solana was not even on the radar for a good 6-8 months.
The coins that will make it on eth have already been set in stone. We all know what they are. We respect these coins on Ethereum. Solana is still figuring out which coins will make it. Nothing is safe, and there are always new options, which is fun, but not comfortable. Holding eth coins is comfortable but also complacent. Pick your poison.
