How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor?
Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance:
• Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings.
• Media narratives are pre-seeded.
• Foreign officials provide cover.
The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations.
The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it."
In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country.
We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).

REVEALED: Minnesota employers are recruiting nurses from KENYA—with green-card sponsorship, immigration costs covered and temporary housing.
Their plans include placing nurses together in rural communities.
The industry association helping expand the operation has a foundation awarded $1.68 MILLION in taxpayer grants for immigrant and refugee workforce programs.
Global Care Recruiters co-founder Traci Larson explained the rural strategy:
“we can’t place just one Kenyan nurse way out here in Marshall, MN.”
Her recommendation:
“We should probably look at a few [nurses].”
The groundwork included a delegation to Kenya led by Democratic state Rep. Mohamud Noor.
He helped establish a Nairobi examination center so Kenyan nurses could more easily take the licensing exam required for American nursing jobs.
Minnesota providers visited recruitment agencies and nursing schools. Their stated purpose included:
“represent Minnesota as a state to welcome diasporan nurses warmly”
Four senior-care employers subsequently established Global Care Recruiters.
By September, it reported more than 60 nurses in the pipeline and over 100 candidates undergoing legal review and employer interviews.
Its website tells recruits:
“Global Care Recruiters covers the cost of your immigration process—there are no fees for you to pay.”
No repayment required. Partner employers provide temporary housing.
LeadingAge Minnesota’s business subsidiary is helping run and expand the operation.
Meanwhile, the association’s foundation received the taxpayer grants to build immigrant-worker recruitment and support resources—including a 64-page employer guide, translation devices, regional job fairs and a map connecting workers and families with more than 250 support organizations.
It calls this:
“practical infrastructure—not simply one-time programming”
The recruiter’s ambitions extend beyond nurses to nursing assistants, culinary workers, dietitians and therapists—with potential expansion into other states and source countries.

The biggest tell for me that the election will be secure, is that the Dems are panicking and have been seeding the narrative that Trump is going to steal the election.
If the Dems were confident they were going to win, they would currently all be demanding Trump to confirm that he will “accept the results of the upcoming election”. That’s what they did in 2020 when they knew they had their full array of fraud and mass mail-in ballots.
However, in 2026, the Dems have not been doing that. They’ve been doing the exact opposite. The Dems have been focusing their messaging on the Trump administration interfering with the results, crying about the potential of federal agents at polling sites, crying about the seizure of ballots and tabulation machines, crying about Trump using foreign interference as a pretext for Executive intervention, etc.
The Dems are behaving as if they believe they are going to lose the election. They have already been laying the groundwork to launch the “Trump stole the election” narrative for a while now. That’s why they are so focused on their fake polls, so when they lose, they can say Trump cheated.
The Dems are bracing for defeat.
Everyone get out and vote, and let’s ensure their defeat is definitive.
