With a header like that, containing, say, a shared Conversation ID, the mail client (or server) could retroactively delete all mails except for, say, the first and most recent one.

Is there an e-mail header like `X-Discard-If-Newer-Available`? Imagine transactional mails from a monitoring system. If it tells me every x minutes that something is down, and subsequent mails exist, I don't really need the intermediate ones.
