I showed this video to a person yesterday and I watched them begin to shake with anxiety, fear and hatred of God. It was the most visceral response I have seen in a long time to a beautiful song to the Theotokos.
I shared this with another person close to my life who is not orthodox and they were so angry they responded,
“You literally worship a woman, and glorify the unnatural notion of despising the created order.
The entire terrain of the so-called orthodox is overrun by Jews and Muslims, and are third world cleptocracies. And you're going to condemn Protestants for not worshipping creatures and denegrating material creation?

Basically he called me a devil worshipper because the “Father” comment was not Jesus.

Cues:
- Blow out all air before starting
- ACTIVELY drive your belly-button into your spine HARD.
- hold your breath or take shallow breaths to hold the contraction but you shouldn’t need to for 20 second holds.
- catch your breath between rounds
