My goal is to give students a chance to learn about machine learning, neural nets, bias in AI, AI and national security, etc. in a more hands-on way so that they can have more than one approach to the concepts. 2/2

I used to use @IBM's Learn and Play AI tools to give my AI and the Law students a chance to actively learn about AI concepts. The tools appear to be defunct, as is a Week with Wanda. Does anyone have any tools they're using to give non-CS students a chance to play with AI? /1/2

I'm planning on using the ethical AI checklist for students in the fall. I also recommend the rubric and checklist for professors and the Guide for Approaching AI-generated Text in Your Classroom. Thanks @Turnitin! 2/2

For anyone who hasn't seen it, TurnItIn has some surprisingly helpful resources AI in the classroom: turnitin.com/resources/acade… The resources are more balanced and nuanced on AI use than many I've seen and they focus more on living with AI use than banning it entirely. /1

I'm building a Disability Studies library for @PittWriting--what texts would you suggest for such an endeavor? Can be academic, literary, activist, hybrid, etc. Send on your favorites! Send on your own!

So after a wonderful session on #blackjoy today at Drexel's Kline School of Law SBA/Dive-In session, I decided I am going to add a moment of #disabilityjoy to every session of my disability law class. Any suggestions?

You might be a health law prof if... you point out to your doctor the Moore clause in your informed consent paperwork.
I wish @AmericanAir did half as good a job as @SouthwestAir does of training their people on dealing with extra seats. I know I am a person of unusual size and I purchased the room I need. It shouldn’t be so hard. Southwest makes it so darn easy that I wish they flew everywhere.
I love these. This may actually help me wrap more competently in the future:)
Wrapping gifts got a whole lot easier with these clever ideas!
Food trucks are a great way to get inexpensive, yummy cuisine variety and for students, staff on a limited income, or those who can't easily walk farther, they are a huge boon. Plenty of business for everyone and it will hurt the character of the area to lose them. Please veto.
