So Magik dies not in a heroic sacrifice, but because the writers were too lazy to think of anything other than a TELEPORTER of all people just standing there and taking it for no reason. Zero effort was put into killing her off so she could be reduced to a plot device for Piotr.

the episode starting with illyana getting fridged and x-men hurting other mutants to save graydon creed….. absolutely horrific writing that i’ve never seen in this show before. the only saving grace of the episode is bishop and polaris #xmen97
