I don't know how many people are aware, but Campus International School has a K-2 MH classroom led by the amazing Mrs. Kent. She has a Donor's Choose project to fun by Sept 30th and I just donated because donations are doubled today.

2nd Semester is a local small business owned by a CMSD and CIS educator. We recycle valuable educational resources found in our community. Additionally, when you support 2nd Semester you support our local teachers. Most of our items are consigned and donated by CMSD educators!
Thank you to all our amazing families for their generous donations to our 8th grade explorers - because of you the entire 8th grade class was able to go to Washington!

They are being moved out of state for their protection. They have an agency supporting them but have to provide a deposit and first-month rent for their new housing. The money raised goes directly to that agency to cover the costs. Please help if you can.
This is a really cool fundraising event featuring YA writers (including justin a. reynolds, who wrote Miles Morales: Shock Waves). Would be great for middle-school kids and their parents!

I could tell the individual teachers that I appreciate them, but I found that greeting them and then telling them that there was coffee from Metropolitan Coffee in the teaching kitchen, elicited more smiles this morning.

Kicking off Teacher Appreciation Week! Thank you to our Campus Families for the donations and to Metropolitan Coffee!
“Wanted to thank CMSD for giving my kids the opportunity to get extra help at no cost to us. We found a kind, patient, encouraging tutor in February. She knows how hard the boys have been working and sent a care package through CMSD mail.” - CIS Parent
