It was great to start my day visiting @CTULocal1 educators at Sadlowski ES at their morning walk-in greeting and passing out fliers to parents to talk about our shared fight for more resources to provide a better learning experience for our students ❤️

Teachers are evaluated on our ability to cultivate a positive learning environment in our classrooms but too often our buildings are crumbling and full of toxins. CPS can partner with @CTULocal1 by putting #healthygreenschools language in our contract now!
As a CTU member I joined our Climate Justice committee to learn about solutions for outdated and dangerous school buildings. Fighting for #greenschools will help our communities withstand climate change while also removing toxins and reducing emissions.
