Security with regard to wireless AP deployment, use one or two recognised SSIDs for the whole campus. This prevents users from logging to unauthorised hotspots, preventing man-in-the-middle attacks.
Capacity depends on choosing 2.4GHz or 5GHz, and ensuring they do not cause CCI. CCI results in lower transfer rate and not using your infrastructure optimally. Use channel management to ensure no CCI-induced problems.
Coverage depends on the AP you used. A small AP might provide enough coverage to a single classroom, while a large AP might cover multiple classrooms. 2.4GHz could penetrate walls better, but has smaller transfer rate. 5 GHz penetrate less, but has higher transfer rate.
Generally, a school network should take into consideration the 3 points: coverage, capacity and security.
