Donald Trump does not believe in the Constitution.
He does not believe in the rule of law.
He is a corrupt narcissist and a pathological liar.
Let's win this election on Tuesday and finally hold him accountable.

Scotland just delivered one of the most powerful clean-energy statements in modern history. On multiple occasions, the country’s wind turbines generated around 200% of national electricity demand, producing far more power than Scotland itself needed.
It can be done!!!
No time to wait. #ActOnClimate #renewables

Absolutely delighted with my one star review in the Telegraph! In the old days it would have been none … they’re going soft in their old age.

The chance to keep global warming below 1.5°C with no overshoot is gone.
But urgent action can still limit the overshoot and bring warming back to 1.5°C by 2100.
Current policies, however, put the 🌎 on course for up to 2.8°C this century.

Tree of the day this beauty in Oslo, right next to the bust of Alfred Nobel. You may have heard of him. Trump talks about him a lot. He wants his peace prize. For ending wars he invented, failing to end real ones, starting wars he is losing and thinking the way to end the one in
Ukraine is to let his pal Putin have it. Zelensky is in town and though it would be wonderful to think there is a peace process on offer, I fear what golf buddy Witkoff wants is a nice present to give to Vlad and then a few business carve ups to follow.

BREAKING NEWS: Billionaire Sir Richard Branson launches a SCATHING attack on Trump and his disgusting coziness with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
This is EXACTLY the kind of thing that gets under Trump’s skin...
"I never thought I’d have to say this in my lifetime, but it’s 2026, and unfortunately, nothing is the way it used to be," wrote Branson, founder of the Virgin Group, on LinkedIn. "The Trump administration has become an enabler of autocrats and dictators, placing their personal whims ahead of the interests of the American people and the free world. What is it about Putin that makes President Trump fawn over him?"
"How can America’s allies ever trust this administration again, when it is now turning against them in a time of war and suffering?" he asked.
Trump has repeatedly betrayed our Ukrainian allies in recent days. First, he announced a shocking deal with Putin to allow millions of barrels of diesel onto global markets—a move that will inject cash directly into the Russian war machine. Then, he launched a concerted smear campaign against President Zelenskyy, claiming that Putin is "easier to deal with."
The betrayals escalated when Washington failed to provide its customary early warning to Kyiv regarding an imminent Russian ballistic missile attack. Now, it appears the White House has ordered a temporary suspension of Starshield—a military version of Elon Musk’s Starlink, upon which the Ukrainian armed forces rely.
"The throttling of Starlink/Starshield and the inexplicable failure to provide advance warning of Russian missile launches have already led to the needless deaths of Ukrainian civilians," Branson wrote. "How much worse can it get?" "If one thing is clear, it’s that European leaders must move past the initial shock of Trump’s recent actions and step up. This is as much about European freedom as it is about Ukraine’s sovereignty. Both are worth fighting for," he continued. "Every option should now be on the table—from transferring frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, to delivering advanced weapons systems like the German Taurus."
"Why, oh why, is this happening? We cannot allow the free world to be dismantled before our very eyes," Branson concluded.
We couldn’t agree more. Trump is an enemy of Ukraine, an enemy of democracy, and an enemy of the American people. When the Democrats regain power, we will have a major task ahead of us. Every trace of this monstrous man’s legacy must be erased.
Please ❤️ and share if you think Trump is Putin’s puppet!

Delighted that @euromove is stepping up its campaign to rejoin the EU - good for the economy & for the environment, and ever more urgent in an increasingly insecure world with a totally unreliable US & feral President

To be clear I’m not calling on Zack to step down. Today he's indicated he shares some of my concerns on the Zionism motion & I welcome that. Now the party needs to come together to make the urgent changes needed to take us forward
CAROLINE LUCAS: THE GREEN PARTY HAS URGENT WORK TO DO
Perhaps Zack Polanski was never going to win Holborn and St Pancras. It’s been a Labour stronghold for over 50 years after all, and it was always going to be a big ask. But his job was certainly not made any easier by the vote at the Green Party conference this weekend in favour of the “Zionism is racism” motion.
The backlash has been predictable and swift, with the Party condemned as itself racist and antisemitic. Those of us who spoke against the motion were clear: the policies and approach of this Israeli government are racist, its actions in Gaza amount to genocide, and a campaign of boycott, sanctions and divestment is necessary and legitimate. But supporting a motion which effectively denies Israel’s right to exist crosses a very significant red line.

“Hope comes from honesty.” Our screenings show this: 87% of survey respondents leave more motivated to act.
Prime Minister, will you join a screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing to see what trusting the public with the full picture can achieve?

We can't carry on as we are.
Politics as usual has taken Britain backwards, and more of the same won't get us where we need to be.
Today, I'll set out a different path for our country.
That means having an honest conversation about the things we've ignored for too long, from fixing social care and tackling youth unemployment to giving people more control over energy, water and housing.
Hope comes from honesty.
It comes from saying the things politicians usually avoid, being straight about the challenges we face, and having the courage to fix them.
That's exactly what I will do.

Sadly there was a climate & nature shaped hole at the heart of Burnham’s speech. Just the same old words on a “pragmatic” approach to North Sea drilling. There’s nothing pragmatic about pouring fuel on a scorching earth - he should rule out #Rosebank & Jackdaw now @fossilfreeLDN

Labour are planning to extract more oil and gas from the North Sea despite the thousands of deaths from excess heat this summer.
We cannot allow them to win in Holborn & St Pancras and think that they can get away with this.
Vote Green. For our communities and our planet.

ALT He needs to keep net zero commitments plausible enough to take on Zack Polanski — while it is common knowledge in the “Desnez” (Department of Energy Security and Net Zero) that approving controversial extraction at the Jackdaw gas field is likely to happen after the Holborn and St Pancras by-election is safely over, when Labour hopes to inflict a symbolic defeat on the Greens, as it did on Reform when Burnham triumphed in Makerfield

Meet the wonderful folk of Mupun, high in the remote Torricelli Mountains of Papua New Guinea…
Reaching the village took us deep into the forest, and far from roads, but the welcome when we arrived was unforgettable — warm, generous, curious and full of laughter.
Mupun was a reminder that the best travel & adventure memories don't just come from landscapes or wildlife, but the people you meet along the way. This is a community living with deep knowledge of the forest around them and an intimate connection to nature that stretches back across the generations. It was a huge privilege to be with them and spend time there — and one of the great joys of our first Wilderness journey….
