If a ministry’s entire annual budget (capital and recurrent) is just ₦5 billion, how can anyone allegedly pay billions to secure the ministerial appointment?
2: The arithmetic simply doesn’t add up.
3: If the ministry’s budget is that small, where would the money to recover such an investment come from without crippling the ministry’s operations and projects?
4: Sometimes, basic arithmetic raises the biggest questions. The Arithmetic no add up.
