Most of your visitors are probably on their phone. Yet on average, mobile converts worse than desktop with the exact same copy (3.4% vs. 2%).
A big part of the gap is friction that hits right when people are ready to buy.
→ On a small screen, people get more convinced with every scroll.
→ By the time they’re ready, your button is long gone.
→ A sticky CTA stays under their thumb, so the second they decide, they can click.
No scrolling back to the top, no second-guessing.
In our A/B tests, the sticky version kept winning.
Josh Latimer started out delivering pizzas 🍕
Then he went on to build and sell 4 companies.
One of those sales changed how he thinks about profit.
Here's his framework for growing profit without ads ⬇️
Then turn the ads back on
Josh tells his clients to pause ads until FRAP is in place. Fix what each customer is worth first, then buy more of them.
@LarmarTyler quit his corporate job in 2007 after his employer shot down the internet ideas he pitched.
So he started building them himself.
He and his wife Ronnie launched a blog called Black and Married With Kids while they were both still working 9-to-5 jobs. They ran it from their bedroom.
The blog grew into documentaries, then an office and their first hire, then a media company on the Inc. 5000. Today Lamar runs Traffic, Sales & Profit, a community that teaches Black entrepreneurs to sell online.
Lamar runs his business on a loop he calls LAO.
→ Launch
→ Analyze
→ Optimize
You put something out, look at what the numbers tell you, fix what didn’t work, and put it out again. The more times you run that loop, the faster you learn what your audience will buy.
So when Lamar talks about ClickFunnels, speed is what he points to. More launches, built faster, means more turns of the loop.
In 2007, every idea he had needed someone else’s yes. Now the only thing standing between an idea and a launch is how fast he can build the funnel.
Getting the first sale is one level.
Building a system that can make sales predictably? That’s legendary.
Sarah Thompson picked a dog training offer just to get started, and she didn't even like dogs that much 🤷♀️
Ten days in, she hated making the content. So she pivoted mid-launch.
Then she built a new funnel, forgot to switch the email sequence, and spent a week sending passive income tips to people who signed up for dog training.
One guy messaged her on TikTok, confused.
She cried for five minutes. Then she fixed it and kept going.
Nobody is perfect when they first get started.
Nobody.
So keep going until you finally find what works.
Don’t quit.
Somewhere along the way, you go from Googling every other marketing term to casually saying things like “my funnel isn’t converting” over breakfast.
That’s when you know you’ve officially become a Funnel Hacker 😂
Consider this carousel your unofficial invitation.
What should make it into Part 2?
Your business can only grow as far as your relationships can carry it.
It could be that one mentor who’s already solved the problem you’re facing. Or a partnership with another business owner. Or a community that challenges your thinking, shares what’s working, and reminds you that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
As @junioranthony_ puts it, you need people.
You might move faster alone, but if you want to build something that lasts, you’ll go further with people.
Tag someone who has helped you grow👇 we owe them a big thank you.
Almost nobody buys on the first visit.
They scan, they leave… they come back when they're ready.
That's why a sales page funnel is never just one page.
The page makes the argument: the problem, the solution, why it's you.
The 1, 3 and 7-day emails close the ones who weren't ready yet.
Write the page for the buyer who's ready now.
Build the follow-up for the one who needs a week.
Q4 starts this week… that's 13 weeks left in 2026 😬
Enough time to make your first $1k online, if you set up the right systems now.
✅ Pick one Q4 target: Make it your first $1k. Break it into a monthly goal and a weekly number you check every Monday.
✅ Have one offer ready before Black Friday: Know who it's for, the problem it solves, and why they should buy now. November 27 is the easiest "now" of the year.
✅ Build one simple funnel: One page that explains the offer, one page to buy it. Add nothing else until it sells.
✅ Show up on one channel every day: Post where your buyers already spend time. Batch your content weekly so the holidays don't break your streak.
✅ Follow up with every lead: Someone who doesn't buy on day one hasn't necessarily said no. Set up emails that keep the conversation going.
✅ Review every Friday: Check traffic, leads and sales. Fix the biggest drop-off, then pick next week's three priorities.
