My browser tabs were a whole productivity problem Gmail, Slack, Docs, Miro.
Now Brain Max helps me cut through the noise and save time with ClickUp. One tab. Less chaos. More focus. 🚀 #ClickUp
ClickUp’s Brain² runs every frontier model with full context of your company, writing and running code to build reports, decks, and dashboards across all teams.
That code touches sensitive workspace data, has to start instantly mid-conversation, and has to scale to millions of users. That’s why @ClickUp built its execution layer on E2B: every sandbox is its own microVM, starts from a prebuilt template with tools ready, and scales on demand.
Enterprise-ready, from SOC 2 to HIPAA to full isolation.
Your AI is only as useful as the context it can reach.
As ClickUp Head of AI @mathemagic1an points out, giving every agent access to company knowledge, contacts, and tools can quickly turn into a maze of MCPs, CLIs, and permission headaches.
The better direction: shared business context that works across the AI tools your team uses. ClickUp is one way to bring that context together.
Every project has decisions. But sometimes, the problem is finding them.
The context behind a project is usually scattered across tasks, docs, comments, and chat messages. So when someone new joins, they’re left piecing together what happened, who decided what, and why.
A project Decision Log brings it all into one place:
• What decisions were made
• Who made the call
• Where the source lives
• What still needs to be decided
That means new teammates can quickly understand where a project stands, see the reasoning behind key decisions, and get up to speed without digging through weeks of scattered conversations.

My rule for ClickUp statuses is to keep them really simple.
You generally don't need more than to do, in progress, maybe testing, and then done.
Dan Zhang, our CFO&CBO used to pay $50,000 for a Big Four firm to hand her a static PDF.
Now she asks ClickUp Brain to build a live process mining map from two years of real operational data, in seconds.
An AI that understands your entire operations, shows you where to deploy resources, and automates the work for you.
Pull up your Brain. Type the prompt. See what you've got.

ClickUp is working on context compression for Brain!
> Brain will be able to condense a complete workspace in the background, across docs, tasks, and history.
> This allows Brain to reason over years of material the way a deep research agent would.
> Responses still come back in seconds rather than minutes.
It will be possible to point Brain at a multi-year audit, and it will trace relevant policy change, pull the supporting docs, and assemble a timeline without a manual search through the archive.

Replying to @mardehaym
This is exactly why we built AI agents natively inside @clickup instead of relying on MCP alone. Our agents call tools in parallel, not one-by-one.
MCP is great for extensibility, but the core agent experience needs to live inside the platform. Sequential tool calls in 2026 is crazy.

ClickUp's AI Brain will soon be able to build fully interactive apps from a single prompt, with live data integrations.
Some examples 👀
> Sprint tracker - to reshape your team operations into an analytics dashboard for stakeholders.
> CRM tool - to have a custom dashboard with customizable controls on top of your existing data.
> Live OKR dashboard - to have a dynamic view that can pull the latest updates automatically

Beats ChatGPT and Claude in nearly every head to head test - even when using those models
ClickUp has launched Brain², which automatically wires in your company's projects, org setup, and decisions as context for any frontier model you choose.
It allows you to pick models like Claude 4.7, GPT 5.5, or Gemini 3.1, and Brain compresses everything your team knows before the model ever sees a prompt.
> Preferences Memory - Brain retains your role in the org, team, and format preferences across every session
> MCP live - connects Gmail, GitHub, Figma, and Slack natively, no middleware needed
> Brain Slides - polished decks from one prompt, built on designer-authored templates
