People who get really mad at the concept of grey jedi feel like fundies who cannot accept that secular religious people can live spiritually fulfilling lives.
Its oppressive. That's why the sith ideology is about freedom. But like, freedom through power. The sith have their own problems. But what sort of people are so invested in making this a question of necessarily having to be one or the other?
The Force is the metaphysical connection between all living things, having it "start with" or "come from" some person (who is a jedi? How would that work?) Completely negates the purpose, the power, the relevance of it.
