Every developer watching this…
BBC: Hablaremos con nuestro experto en seguridad de BBC respecto a la vulnerabilidad de PHP. El experto en seguridad: No sabía que PHP existía hasta ayer en la mañana.

Thank the gods for clankers 🤖 My server runs Ubuntu 20 ( I know…) so had to rebuild PHP 8.4.27 (the patch) from source and via Docker. This would have taken me ages on my own and so many errors would have happened. < 30 mins and done 😮‍💨

Baffles me that these Cloud coding agents like @AmpCode and @ClaudeDevs don't come pre-installed with PHP

The global AGENTS.md wasn't being pulled into new Orbs when using Claude, but it is now!

I didn’t use Fable since Opus 5.5 dropped and that alone has been crushing it. Even Sonnet 5.5 has been quite pleasant to use and producing great code. Just not sure what Fable could offer me. Just using it as the advisor at the moment.

Ooo, might give this a go now
Important note regarding Grok @Bot: Going forward, @SpaceX will use the best back end model for any given task, including Claude Opus 5.5, MidJourney, Suno and other leading APIs. Whatever is most likely to give you the best outcome.

I probably won’t build anything with Rust

Okay I’m blocking the word “nerf”. I just can’t anymore with these people…

Bit late to the party…
Antigravity 2.0 now features a dedicated planning mode, just like the Antigravity CLI. Type /plan and the agent steps back to think through the task, and conduct extensive research, before generating an implementation plan for your review. The agent will ask for your approval before it begins executing on the task. You can also ask for a plan naturally in your prompt, for a lighter version of a plan.

7 months on and still using Zed but literally as a diff viewer, and I’ve slowly been adapting to using Hunk for that so I think I might stop using the IDE altogether if I settle on that. Wild ride.

Gets more embarrassing each day it seems to be British.
the uk government's official ai guidance tells civil servants to use gemini flash instead of pro, keep prompts short, and not say thank you to it, for the environment i do wonder at which point we forked the road. instead of building and using it to automate the work, we write guidance on how to use less of it we have the attitude of a high school prefect. caring more about the rules than actually doing the work

This is likely the best AI video I’ve seen to date.
The race for AGI Script: Sherpa by Pocket FM Video: Seedance 2.5

Finally, no more walls of text.
You can now set Claude Code's output style to Concise. Claude leads with the result, keeps responses short, and still gives full detail when you ask. Turn it on in /config → Output style, or set "outputStyle": "Concise" in settings.json.

I started a contract recently and the product I’m working on doesn’t use a PHP framework, just vanilla. I thought this was gonna bother me, because I’ve always used Laravel but nope, haven’t even thought about it, I just trust the robots. So far nothing has broken 😅

Finally!
New in Claude Code: your sessions can now message each other. Instead of having to re-explain yourself in another session, you can now tell Claude to do it. It sends a summary (not your history or files), and the other session picks it up mid-task.
