This order by Cannon is terribly written. The DENIES is correct, but her ability to write baffles. Everything is so transactional, seemingly blaming all on 11th circuit. This is High School essay level.
New: Judge Cannon in the Trump classified docs case DENIES motions to dismiss by Trump co-defendants Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira -- rules that Special Counsel was not too vague in the indictment storage.courtlistener.com/re…

Thanks @IncCombustion for awesome rib roast cooked to core of 128 and rested for a final 133 core. First time using the probes and the time and temp was reassuring.

@ChefChrisYoung I did have an observation. I initially cooked (without combustion probe) to 121F with sous vide. At that time I inserted probe and inserted into convection oven at 450F. Prediction time swung wildly from 20 mins to 2 hours and finally back to 25 mins.

Obviously init cond suggested a slow rise and timing of core rise led prediction to predict slow core rise. I knew 2 hours was unlikely so waited for predict updates. It might be worth some time training on sous vide prepped and then probed food to improve predict time.

This makes the motion to remove to Federal Court challenging. Hard to say he was acting in government capacity when he's throwing campaign dollars around. Not official capacity nor a colorable defense.
BREAKING: Reporters drop bombshell, reveal that indicted Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows offered funds from Trump’s campaign to Georgia election officials in what District Attorney Fani Willis is calling an “overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy." But it gets worse… District Attorney Fani Willis put this revelation on page 45 of her indictment — but reporters had previously overlooked it. Now that it has to come to light, Meadows has A LOT of explaining to do. In her indictment, Fani Willis wrote, “On or about the 27th day of December 2020, Mark Meadows sent a text message to Office of the Georgia Secretary of State Chief Investigator Frances Watson that stated in part, ‘Is there a way to speed up Fulton county’s signature verification in order to have results before January 6 if the Trump campaign assists financially?” This rampant criminality and corruption is now a central point in Fani Willis’ criminal conspiracy charges against Meadows. For context, the signature verification process is the method that election officials use to ensure that absentee ballots have the correct signatures on them. The Trump campaign, including Meadows, falsely accused Fulton County Democrats and election officials of “rigging” the vote with false absentee ballots as part of their failed effort to steal Biden’s win. Of course, they never produced a shred of evidence — and their shameless accusations where directed against Fulton County — the Georgia district with the highest density of Black voters. Of course, they didn’t accuse the rural counties of majority white voters were Trump won of any election fraud. Now, Trump Meadows are likely going to pay for their racist attempted coup with a long prison sentence. Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Mark Meadows MUST be found guilty — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is exploding in popularity because it banned Trump for life and because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb

Trump had a SCIF at Mar-a-Lago because he was President. Maybe SecDef/DNI/CIA Dir also get. But random joe schmo with TOPSECRET does not get SCIF at house. Trump confuses being a defendent with need to know with being a President. I guess easy to confuse!?!
Just in: Trump legal team asks Judge Cannon to approve the reestablishment of a SCIF at Mar-a-Lago, saying it's impossible for Trump to make regular trips to a courthouse SCIF to discuss classified docs produced to them in discovery storage.courtlistener.com/re…

Clear prosecutorial misconduct. Trump: Your honor; he stared at me in a way that scared me. Remove Jack Smith from the case for giving me the evil eye.

Trump has the largest crowd ever assembled (* for an indictment of a former president the day before the arraignment)
MASSIVE crowds of TENS have turned out to support Donald in Florida.

@Holly_4Congress Don't run against something, run for something. With DT, MTG, and the ilk it's too easy to make it about them.

What are you for. How are you listening to voters... And convincing them a Dem is who they want and you are that dem? Being authentic and local are good starts. What next?

Show me some of you, your ideas. How you can differentiate yourself and how you can turn heads instead if follow and you will get some of my $$$.

@PreetBharara - let's suppose two criminals conspire to rob a bank. Both have guns. And let's say one or both have illegal guns and no carry permit. During the act and argument breaks out and guns are pointed at each other. One fears for his life and shoots the other. /1
1
All of this is Kyle Rittenhouse mixed in. He may well have feared for lis life. Whether that was a reasonable is at question. But what is not in question is the circumstances that led to the event. That was in related to the crime. His posession of weapon was illegal /4
1
His location means he cross a state line with the illegal gun he shouldn't have had. And disputedly his presence that night was not exactly for good nor sanctioned, walking the streets cocked and loaded.

Replying to @SenSchumer
@SenSchumer - I have a proposal. Offer to give 30% of the senate calendar to the minority party. They can allocate that time to debate a bill, or they can introduce any bill they want In exchange, ax the fillibuster. They can introduce, and force votes. Dems take hard votes.
1
2/2 Basically, let the minority have some respect to push an agenda. Theirs is bad and won't get the votes, but that is their problem. Treat them as an equal and defeat their ideas...don't hide from them.
