I have quoted Theodore Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” speech since I saw it painted on our weight room wall at UM in 1995. It’s a constant reminder to ignore the noise, buckle my chinstrap, and battle through whatever comes my way.
Coming 2021 on @espn!
Beginning of 4th ...UMD Goes on a monster quarter as we knew they could.... Goal now before the 4th was to regain our composure & hustle plays
#BeaconRewind #lecchamps
UMD goes on a run to start the second half.... With 4 freshman on the floor for most of this quarter, we were doing a great job in transition and UMD matched our intensity
3:58 left 3rd quarter
"Team no lay ups" was not working on Examond
UMB vs UMD -Halftime
Locker room Talk- continue to run in transition & match up on transition defense.... To continue to win the Effort Game.. We've contained their team well, and would have to match their efforts & their run.... Because it's coming #BeaconRewind #2017-18 LEC
4:25 remaining in the first half... I remember that pass to Meg Dixon in transition saying "no,no,no" an then she made an unbelievable finish!
Goal- to clog the paint an finish plays with box outs

Championship Rewind ...UMB vs UMD 2017
End of the first quarter, getting Examond in foul trouble we were preparing for her to go off to start the second quarter.
UMB #BeaconsRewind ..... After a slow start, Wenhave started to get more out of transition offense and defense ... Up 5 with 2:33 left in the first quarter
