On vacay this past week…we decided to Uber everywhere instead of renting a car. So glad to see Uber and Lyft disrupting the rental car industry… The entire process of renting and returning a car is an absolute nightmare. Long lines, endless paperwork, ridiculous fees, aggressive upselling and then the hassle of returning the damn thing… Not to mention the income opportunities these platforms have created for millions of people who want the flexibility to work as independent contractors. More convenience for consumers and more opportunities for people to earn money. Uber and Lyft for the W !!
