Stunning levanter cloud over the Rock of Gibraltar.
When moist air is blown up and over the Rock, the air cools and condenses to form a cloud. This cap cloud can be sculpted by the shape of he Rock if conditions are just right.

How is it that we still double down on an interview process that does not actually test an engineer for the real world.
When was the last time someone on my team needed to code up a solution in front of their peers for a problem given seconds earlier.
The answer is never.

On Friday, Zahra and I hosted a space called "Overcoming your fears".
We had some amazing speakers. For each of them, fear meant a different thing so they have a different way to overcome it.
I took notes and I compiled the best thoughts and advice of each of them.
