Oct brings my fave holidays w/Thanksgiving, Halloween, Keith & Potatoe's bdays but also the loss of some of my fave people..my Dad, Keith & I first together cat in Smokey & my best friend Bill....#ThrowbackThursday to many moons ago and hanging out with some other great friends.
#ThrowbackThursday and in honor of Keith's birthday last week, to many moons ago and Keith's first birthday when we were first together...Garnet and the gang up the hill got a cake and Garnet found some pretty big candles....oh Garnet....we haven't changed much ;)

#Throwbackthursday and one of the last pics of my Dad who would have been 111 tomorrow....whenever a train stops me, I think of him and it's his way of saying hi to me...I got his eyes, his love of animals but sadly I don't have him, only the memories..Happy early birthday Dad.

Hard to believe it was 6 years ago today that the world became a sadder place...no more practical jokes, no more phone calls with the latest joke, no more livin and laughin as he used to say...6 years without you still breaks our heart Garnet, you were supposed to outlive us all.
I love living in the country....just look out any windown or open any door and you could see something like this....
It's really not about the photographer or the photo....it's about being at the right place at the right time....
