re: knxwledge, I just wish ppl valued instrumental music the way they value music w vocals/lyrics. I still can’t really wrap my head around why instrumental music/production is often treated like a second class citizen as if it’s not the backbone of everything we listen to ?

a couple years ago I had a good bit of hate on Twitter for using splice loops on my songs. That inspired me to really learn how to play/produce all original tunes. So here is my first 100% original no samples album, toy story clouds. hope you enjoy ☁️ lnk.dmsmusic.co/coldbrew_toy…

there’s no greater compliment to a musician than liking, sharing, and appreciating their work without asking to collab

believe it or not there is a moment I can remember when I was making beats in my basement as a teenager and I realized I’d be happy doing this for the rest of my life
