Have a great weekend, friends. I’ll be plotting heavily today and tomorrow: prepared a diptych for my friends’ housewarming/birthday party, hope they love it! Part 1.

Good morning with some pretty random color experiment!

First attempt at multilayering and white paint.

Made an experimental blackwork diptych. ~500 polylines, ~500 segments each. Around 5 hours per plot. Muji 0.3mm gel pens are incredibly good for this!

Good morning, art lovers! Let it be a productive week

I’m not a heavy drinker. Usually it’s one beer or a glass of wine a week. But today is the day when I realized that even those small doses don’t give me anything, but instead erase joy from my life. By a strange coincidence, I started the morning with a documentary about Jackson Pollock’s life and death, and how alcohol destroyed him. But who knows what his art would’ve been without the constant fight with that addiction.

Spent 40 minutes today waiting for someone selling an Axidraw A4. Got completely ghosted. Took it as a sign from the universe not to waste time on the A4 and invest in a new Bantam Nextdraw A3 instead.

I've started to receive messages in the heptapod language.
