No matter what. No matter how much we think the game changes, or how sophisticated schemes get. This game will always be about people, relationships and the men who have the courage to enter into the stadium together.

Leadership in our country made it VERY clear who is important. Professional athletes will get tested multiple times a week to ensure that their sports are safe. Educators aren't guaranteed any tests for them or their students. They must put 15-30 kids in a room & "make it work"

One universal trait about a GREAT offensive line unit is SELFLESSNESS. Wanting to COMPETE with your brothers daily and pull for whoever is in, on that certain drive. #OLBrotherhood – at Troy, NY

PROPS to all the players out there who show up on time, wear the right stuff, take coaching, support their teammates and give 100% whenever their on the field. I LOVE low maintenance players who buy in to the process. YOU are what makes coaching fun.
