No, Binance was not most likely compromised from a web browser zero day chain.
As is tradition with large compromises, it is almost certainly something ridiculously stupid, like the DevOps guy trying to get Fortnite cheats, or they called someone with a shitty American accent and said they need to log into their machine for something

It’s rare to find people who work in defense, especially internal IT/security people, talk about all the fun stuff they are doing to protect their org.
So that leaves security researches, offsec, msp, vendors, and full fledge content creators. All of which are incentivized to publicize their thoughts and opinions for a number of reasons. Including that x will pay you for impressions.
Also, social media is not representative of “real life” and lacks so much of the nuance and intent.

Bajingan

Disabilitas itu butuh didukung lewat infrastruktur & destigmafikasi. Ada 'disabilitas' yang didukung abis sampe ga kerasa jadi 'disabilitas' loh, contohnya rabun mata.

Menemukan alasan kenapa pas kuliah dulu gue bukan Fathimah.
Sepertinya skill storytelling makin diperlukan.
Replying to @kurakuraselam @bellingolz
Eh berak! Lu tau gak hasil tani selalu dihargain murah ama tengkulak? Sementara harga di pasar malah naik terus? kalo gak ngerti mending diem aje deh nyet!

Life is a lot easier once you stop seeing threat actors as hackers who want to break into systems by any means possible, and start seeing them as businesses with well defined business processes.
A bakery isn't going to start making dog food because there's a dog food shortage. ClickFix and Phishing actors aren't going to drop everything to vibecode exploits just because a critical CVE came out.
The fact that the only actors exploiting this are the actors whose MO is exploiting things... isn't a coincidence. It's entirely predictable if you understand threat actor behavior.

"compromised DevOps engineer's laptop" I swear to god if this was Contagious Interview, I'm moving to North Korea and stealing bitcoin for a living.
For context, Contagious Interview is one of DPRK's techniques where they reach out to developers in the target organization and offer them higher paying jobs.
They then tell them the job offer is contingent on them completing a "coding skills assessment" to prove their ability.
The source code is backdoored with malware, and the targets sometime run it on their work laptop, because why wouldn't you run untrusted code some random internet dude gave you on your work laptop.
