I’M KNOW I’M ONE OF MANY PEOPLE YOU FOLLOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA 📲
HERE’S A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY STORY AND WHAT I DO 💻🎥

Seven years of consistency didn’t just build my social media presence. It built my business.
I’ve generated leads from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and even Twitter.
It’s because I’ve spent years showing people exactly what I do.
Hiring a content creator doesn’t automatically fix your content problem.
It’s the lack of strategy, approval processes, accountability, access, and systems behind them.
Don’t just hire creative talent.
Build an environment where creative talent can consistently execute.
My favorite workouts from my weekly circuit.
Missing pushups and lat pull downs 💪🏽
Goals for 2027 bigger legs, just started being consistent with leg workouts 2 months ago 🫣
Let’s be real most businesses don’t want to create content.
They know it’s important, but staying consistent takes real work.
It’s not just posting a video it’s strategy, filming, editing, and doing it again next week.

The fork thing had fucked me up. I need to reevaluate my life today for real.
Posting consistently is a lot easier when you know what you're posting and why.
One of the biggest mistakes I see business owners make is trying to come up with content ideas every time it's time to post.
That's not a strategy. That's figuring it out as you go.

Imagine your child growing up believing big dreams are NORMAL because they watched you pursue yours!!!!
Some people travel thousands of miles for opportunities that others take for granted every single day.
Think about that.
People leave behind their families, their homes, and everything they’ve ever known for a chance to build a better future.
You didn't build a business to become an expert in everything.
As a business owner, your responsibility is to establish the vision & make decisions.
Stop trying to figure everything out yourself.
Focus on what you're great at, and build a team that's great at everything else.
