I really used to think that people logged on to Twitter and pushed back on toxicity and bigotry in order to try to change minds and bring perspective and awareness. I really did. But now I see most log on to be on a team and bully the other team. It accomplishes almost nothing
Doing the horrible things the other side does but for the right reasons is the very same logic they use in the first place. Disagree, demonize, destroy.
And you lose the ability to disagree without destroying, even with friends.
