New update is out now. It brings improved understanding of monster attacks. The action resolution dialog now has details on saving throws, attack range, weapon grip and more. 🐉⚔️🎲
Released today: Construct 2.2. This update adds a dice log, support for importing spells from XML compendium files, performance improvements and various other tweaks and fixes.
With full support for Split View and Slide Over, Construct can be easily used alongside your session notes, an adventure pdf or webpage or any other app.
There's a floating dice roller for all your dice rolling needs. Creature stats - from anywhere in the app - have also become more tappable than ever: ability checks, attacks and saving throws are just a tap away.
On iPad you can run an encounter and display combatant & compendium content side-by-side. You can open multiple tabs and quickly switch between them. All the info you need at your fingertips!
Construct 2.0 is available in the App Store now!
With this big release, Construct finally comes to iPad. There's a new, carefully crafted UI that makes full use of the larger screen. There's also a bunch of bugfixes and improvements for existing (iPhone) users.
New feature highlight (2/2): auto-roll an attack’s hit & damage dice.
We’re marking this as “beta” because future releases can (and should) improve and expand so much more on this. In its current form it already allows you to focus more on your players and your story.
