web3 should be a place where your contribution matters.
when i first got into web3, i thought the people making the biggest contributions were the ones building protocols, writing code, or having enough money to participate in everything.
over time, i started seeing things differently.
there's so much more happening behind the scenes. people writing about projects, creating content, sharing what they've learned, helping newcomers understand things, and bringing attention to ideas that might otherwise go unnoticed.
it made me realise that you don't necessarily need to build the technology to contribute to its growth.
sometimes, helping one person understand an idea is a contribution. sometimes, creating something that gets another person curious enough to explore web3 is enough.
and that's something i still believe in.
if i had the opportunity to write page 10 of the bitcoin whitepaper, i'd write about accessibility, not just access to the technology, but access to the opportunities it creates.
i hope the next chapter makes room for more people to participate, regardless of their background, demo, technical knowledge, or how many people are paying attention to them.
because the future of web3 shouldn't be written by a handful of people. everyone should have a chance to contribute something meaningful to it.

One thing I didn't expect when I started creating in Web3 was that a project like Jupiter would notice my work.
But it happened and it changed how I looked at opportunities in this space.
I started out participating in campaigns, creating content and putting my ideas out there. I didn't know where those efforts would lead, but I kept showing up.
Having my work recognised by Jupiter reminded me that your background, connections or how long you've been in an ecosystem shouldn't determine whether your contribution gets seen.
If I could add one line to Page 10 of the Bitcoin whitepaper, it would be:
"In an open network, your work should travel further than your connections."
That's what I hope Web3 continues to make possible.
Not just access to technology, but access to opportunities.
A place where someone can start as an unknown contributor and have their work open doors they never imagined.
Because the next person to make a difference shouldn't need to know the right people first.

Zama gave me my first $2,000 of the year back in February, so I’ll always have a soft spot for anything they’re involved in.
Now, they’re powering something interesting with @FungoLabs ahead of its Genesis mint on November 5, 2026.
Here’s everything you need to know.
The Genesis mint has a total supply of 3,000 NFTs:
- 500 free mints reserved for whitelist holders.
- 2,500 NFTs available through a sealed-bid auction.
The interesting part? The auction is powered by Zama’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE).
Here’s how it works:
- Bids are placed in cZAMA.
- While bidding is open, your bid price and quantity remain encrypted onchain.
- Once bidding closes, bids are revealed and ranked from highest to lowest.
- The lowest winning bid that fills the 2,500th NFT determines the final sale price.
And here's the catch: every winning bidder pays the same final price, with any excess amount refunded.
Allocation rules:
- Bids above the final price receive their full requested allocation.
- Bids at the final price share the remaining supply proportionally.
- Bids below the final price receive no NFTs and get refunded.
A few things to know before bidding:
- Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn.
- Encrypted bidding comes with a small, non-refundable fee.
- If total demand is below 2,500 NFTs, everyone gets to buy at the lowest bid price.
- NFTs are minted sealed, and holders control who gets to view their content.
Privacy and onchain auctions are an interesting combination, and I'm curious to see how this plays out.
