Did you see Graham Yost's name in the judges black book in S1E5 @JustifiedFX? Or catch the allusion to the Coen Brother's Miller's Crossing? Cool Easter eggs!

PSA - Don't buy @HP. Dealing with @HPSupport is awful.
Every company in the world: "You want to cancel an order that's been in our system for 30 days? No problem."
HP: "We have to contact a specialist and it can take 1-2 days. No promises that we can cancel it."

Managed to avoid @Ticketmaster for years. Was dismayed to see fees were 32% of the event price. Absolute bonkers. I thought lawmakers fixed this years ago?

Had a wonderful #customerExperience with @fedEx yesterday. Even in the throes of the holiday delivery season, I was able to talk to helpful humans on the phone (three different times). Lots of patience with FedEx. Thanks!
Hats off to @jk_rowling for chapter 50 of #LethalWhite - it's the best dialogue I've ever read. Thank you for this book and for such intricate characters.
