What exactly is the sense of emergency about this? It's not like the Fed is propping up desperate banks by funding them. Reverse repo is when banks flush with assets LEND TO THE FED.

I don’t begrudge Rep. Lewis’s friends for having a funeral and honoring his incredible life. Same for George Floyd. Funerals are an important part of the grieving process, and they were two men with families and friends who loved them. But non-famous people do too.
