This is actually the right mentality you need to land a remote job.
If youβre applying for a role youβre not qualified for, what you need to do is rewrite your resume in a way that identifies the transferable skills you already have that match the most important requirements of the role, then rewrite your work experience to demonstrate those skills.
If youβre able to land an interview, donβt focus on what you lack, instead, focus on showing the recruiter how your existing experience translates to what they need, and youβre good to go.
